Etiquette & Good Practice
Personal hygiene is important – please shower before class, avoid strong perfumes and deodorants.
Wear appropriate clothing for yoga practice.
Bring a small sweat towel to leave next to your mat while practicing.
Practice on an empty stomach. Its recommended that no meals are eaten 3-4 hrs before practicing.
Inform us of any medical conditions or injuries.
Follow the sequence – don’t add or skip postures.
Be respectful of others in the space – practice with care, mindfulness and consideration.
Practitioners are encouraged to work towards a 6 – day a week practice.
